Where Do Insights Come From?

Insight is one of those concepts you hear more and more lately. Yet, when you wish to explore its essence, it kind of slips from tangibility and imagination.

I like to start with the general web definitions - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insight

Many people would say: “you need to experience “the wow”, yet, it's beyond words to describe - it's ineffable.”

Somehow, I assume that anybody that is curious about self-evolvement, self-development, awareness and expansion of perception, may find insights, as something intriguing to explore.

The reason why I decided to share with you my perception about insights is because in my view, – we all have the ability to experience this extraordinary, out of the blue flashlight energy wisdom, which is not connected to any religion. In addition, you don’t need to reach the level of  The Dalai Lama to sense it.

It has to do with inner conditions of BodyMind(Spirit).

Many people identify insights with intuition and guts feelings. Other call it aha moment.

Take a moment and look inward. Do you feel you had such an experience? Was it once? What state of being were you in, when it manifested?

Did it help you solve a problem?

Did you feel a new type of energy you didn’t sense before?

Did it change your mindset?

Did it add love, creativity and intelligence beyond knowledge?

No matter where you live in the world, what you do for a living, and if you have PhD in physics or you work out in the sun picking up cucumbers, over time, we accumulate knowledge, experience, habits and conditioning of the mind and as we grow up, our brain - mind becomes stuffed with habits, information and clouds of experience of thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, imagination and beliefs.

This brain-mind content is not passive in our subconsciousness but is active in painting the process of reality realization in real-time.

Yet what if we could minimize the streams of this inner spaghetti?

(I call it spaghetti because we rarely see upfront what triggers what in the complexity of thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, imagination and beliefs)

If we could have an empty space – like a baby,  with curiosity for the unknown and high volume of unwasted vitality, we could perceive beyond our thought system.

In other words, what I’m trying to say is, being aware of the limitation of perception is the first stage to inquire inner conditions that may bring insights into our lives.

We could also collaborate in multi-mind dialogues and help solve problems at home, at work, in the community, country and humanity.
