Self touch is a sensitive matter in many religions and cultures. Isn't it strange. Before touching our loved ones, let's touch ourselves first.
Self touch is a basic activity of self love?
Lay your palm on the cross arm.
lightly and gently press it. Close your eyes. Do you feel the warmth of your palm penetrating your arm?
Self touch have various purposes: You can gently pat yourself, or you can do deep massage. Be aware of what you want to achieve.
Self touch can help you daily reduce stress, pain and increase blood circulation.
