what is it to be balanced?
Being is a complex organism in which thoughts, emotions , sensations, memories, imagination, dreams, creativity and spiritual feeling, effect each other like a dynamic spaghetti.
Why spaghetti?
Because nobody really knows “what triggers what “ in the dynamic interrelation between bio-mental-spiritual dimensions.
Balance, homeostasis, equilibrium, coherence are all connected to inner conditions in which, each subsystem is attuned to its natural rhythm and in addition, is attuned to the other subsystems, in harmonic way.
Attunement like harmonic orchestra brings about - health, wellness and well-being.
Health and happiness are connected to harmony.
Life can be very hectic sometime. Unbalance, can happen unexpectedly or can appear gradually.
Stress, pain, insomnia, and anxiety may result from hidden unaware conflicts, or as result of external environment.
How do you get back to balance?
Eat well –nourish your cells
Exercise – move your body
Sleep well – 7-8 hours of good quality sleep
Reduce stress – daily
