What is wellness, really?

 

Though the nature of wellness is to provide positive, healthy conditions, and preventive lifestyle environment, in many cases, the people that the wellness is supposed to be worked on, do not like or do not resonate with the content of wellness activities.

As result, there is no inner motivation to absorb and digest “the positive atmosphere” that is offered.

 

When you find the right balancing point between organization wellness and personal wellness, you reach 3h:

 

homeostasis, happiness, and harmony.

 

Wellness is a journey of awareness, mental & physical balance, coherence, integrity, creativity, effective communication, collaboration, and compassion.

 

Wellness is an ongoing dialogue of creating a space of dynamic equilibrium for growth, self-expression, and respect of all participants in the entity.
