At TheSoundWell, we are committed to bringing the healing power of Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) into your home or clinic. Because our products range from portable "sonic pets" to professional-grade recliners, we take great care in how they are delivered to you.
1. Processing and Delivery

Order Processing: Most in-stock items (such as the Soundwave Bedding Kits or Sonic Pets) are processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom/Professional Equipment: Large items like recliners or custom sound tables may require a lead time of 4–8 weeks for manufacturing and calibration. We will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods: We ship via major carriers (UPS/FedEx) for smaller items. Large furniture items are shipped via Freight/White Glove Delivery to ensure safe handling.
2. Shipping Rates

Domestic (USA): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping: As the official American representative of Olav Skille’s solutions, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes levied by their respective countries.
3. Order Tracking
Once your equipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery window.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the specialized nature of Vibroacoustic equipment and hygiene standards for wellness products, we adhere to the following policy:
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to experience the benefits of VAT fully. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in "like-new" condition, in original packaging, and include all power adapters, controllers, and manuals.

Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, any items that show signs of wear or skin contact (without protective covers) may be subject to a cleaning fee or rejected for return.
2. Return Process & Fees

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For large items (mats/recliners), we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items damaged in return transit.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all professional equipment returns (Recliners and Tables) to cover the cost of technical inspection and recalibration.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads or online training courses.

Custom-built furniture or bespoke VAT solutions.

Items marked as "Final Sale."
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos and contact us at avigail@vibro-therapy.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or part exchange at no cost to you.
